We’re seeking those who appreciate good food, good wine and good people in the Northwest Florida and Pensacola area. This website is a forum for sharing the pleasure of fine dining and good wines.
Fork and Cork is not a forum for wine snobs. It is a forum for fun, learning and experimentation. The host, while certainly knowledgeable about wine and food, is certainly not a connoisseur. More so, a consumer. Anyone can buy a $100 bottle of wine and come home with a good one. The fun is finding one for $20 or so that goes great with one of your favorite recipes.
We hope to organize wine pairing dinners at local restaurants or member homes. Reach out to Bob if you would like to host a wine tastings or dinner party at your home.
