Trusting that all survived the cold this week, Margie and I cooked inside Monday and Tuesday. It was a bit chilly outside! We did braised beef short ribs on Monday night with celery, onions, carrots and potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, Rosemary and Thyme, leftovers on Tuesday night. We had a nice East Bank Saint-Emilion one night, but can’t find the bottle to give you the label! I think we were suffering from snow poisoning! See the pic defining our predicament!
