Margie and I had Ed and Deb Drozdowski over for an impromptu dinner Saturday night and enjoyed some yummy lamb shanks! I’ve been sitting on a couple of magnums of 2017 Terlato and Chapoutier Aussie Shiraz for some time now and thought that would make a great pairing. And it did!
